Are the listed prices fixed or just estimates?

Our listed prices represent typical rates for standard jobs. If your project involves extra complexity or unique conditions, we’ll always let you know in advance, review your options, and confirm any updated estimate before moving forward — no surprises.


What’s included in the price?

Our pricing covers travel, material pickup, labor, cleanup, and disposal of small parts.

Not included: Material costs, dump runs, or removal of larger items such as fixtures, packaging, or appliances.


Do I need to provide materials or supplies?

In most cases, we ask customers to provide the fixtures being installed (for example, light fixtures, faucets, curtain rods, etc.) and ensure they’re in good condition before our arrival.

If a product isn’t ready for installation, is incompatible, or is missing parts, an additional trip charge may apply.

We supply all the necessary hardware and installation materials (screws, anchors, sealant, etc.). Not sure what’s needed? Just ask — we’re happy to confirm everything ahead of your appointment.


How far in advance should I book?

For Instant Book services, please allow at least 4 business days to process and confirm your reservation.

What if my job isn’t listed in the Instant Book service list?

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

You can cancel or reschedule your Instant Book service at any time with written notice.

The $50 reservation deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 2 business days of booking, as long as work hasn’t already started.

Absolutely. We’re a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in Oregon, so you can trust your home is in qualified hands.


Do you offer a warranty on your work?
